Paul Boulongne (of his real name) was born in 1881 in Misery near Péronne, of a father teacher in Lanchères. From 1900 to 1909, he studied Medicine at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Paris, then became a doctor in Gai-Lussac until 1914. He took the opportunity to write news under the pseudonym Paul Vimereu. Pseudonym under which he signed a dozen novels. He died in 1962.
