It ends at the Six Moulins bridge. The Somme at this point was called Talence and passed under this bridge where six water mills were fed. See the article "Les six moulins".

La Somme s appelait Talence entre les six moulins et le pont de Talence  Serait il possible de connaître le sens de ce mot Talence et son origine ?
